Julia F. Wagner

Julia Wagner is the President of WW Consulting, Inc., which specializes in Organizational Development. Julia cofounded WW Consulting after 15 years in business in training and organizational development. WW Consulting focuses on helping leaders achieve results through people, applying change management, leadership development, group development, and individual/executive coaching processes. The work includes strategic planning and implementation, organizational vision, mission, organizational and leadership competencies, and implementing 360degree feedback and HR development systems. The approach is to apply a systematic, project-oriented methodology, working hand-in-hand with the client in the lead to achieve desired results and outcomes.

WWC benchmarks leadership development practices regularly, strategic planning and other core competency areas and co-leads a Lominger Limited user's group for HR/OD practitioners on current research and best practice applications in the leadership development and HR fields. In addition, Julia has worked directly with Noel Tichy (author of The Leadership Engine) from the University of Michigan in leadership development/action learning research, and with Jim Robinson in Performance Consulting (author of Performance Consulting).

Julia has concentrated industry experience in financial services, pharmaceuticals and medical devices. A partial list of employers and clients includes: Smith Barney, Drexel University, Provident National Bank, PNC Financial Services, PFPC, Merck and Company, and Medrad Inc.

While a Vice President at The PNC Financial Services Group, Julia was Manager of Business Consulting, Manager of Executive Development and Consulting, and Market Training Manager--where she reported to the CEO and supported top executives.

Julia previously taught at Drexel University (on an academic scholarship) while pursuing her MBA degree, and received the Teaching Excellence Award. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Gettysburg College and an MBA from Drexel University. She was selected for and completed a Masters Leadership Educators Forum at Harvard University and a Women’s Leadership Program through The Center for Creative Leadership.

Julia is involved with Organizational Development Network, the National Association of Women Business Owners, the Strategic Leadership Forum, and the MidAtlantic Lominger Users’ Group. She volunteers for non-profit organizations in her spare time.

Dianne T. Whittaker

Dianne Whittaker is the Director of WW Consulting, Inc. a consulting firm specializing in Organizational Development. Dianne co-founded WW Consulting, Inc., after 15 years in training and development, human resources, and organizational development. WW Consulting focuses on helping leaders achieve results through people, applying change management, leadership development, group development, and individual/executive coaching processes. The work includes strategic planning and implementation, organizational vision, mission, organizational and leadership competencies, and implementing 360-degree feedback and HR development systems. The approach is to apply a systematic, project-oriented methodology, working hand-in-hand with the client in the lead to achieve desired results and outcomes.

Dianne has worked with a variety of large organizations, including Chase, Provident National Bank, PNC Financial Services, PFPC Inc., and Merck & Company.

As Human Resources Manager, Training Manager, Performance Consultant, and Organizational Development Professional, Dianne developed deep experience in needs assessment and data analysis; training development; leadership development; team and group development; and employee satisfaction action planning. As Vice President at PNC Financial Services, Dianne consulted with the largest banking division, resulting in improved synergies among team members and business results. Dianne has facilitated employee satisfaction processes and 360° feedback initiatives for several business areas. She was also recognized for her consulting work within the Corporate College at PNC Bank by being the first recipient of the Award for Consulting Excellence.

Dianne has a BA from Arcadia University (formerly Beaver College) and an MS in Human Resource Management from Widener University. She has certifications in MBTI, Lominger competency tools, DISC, and Jim Robinson’s Performance Consulting process. Dianne belongs to Organizational Development Network, SHRM, ASTD, and Wilmington Women in Business. She supports her community by volunteering at the Wilmington Flower Market and the Emmanuel Dining Room.

 

Alliance Partner Jane Schenk, Catalyst Systems Master Associate, Lominger Limited

Jane Schenk has twenty five years experience in HRD consulting roles. She is managing owner of Catalyst Systems, a company providing services in Executive, Management, Team, and Individual development as well as competency-based HRD practices. She specializes in Executive Coaching and in high potential identification and development.

As a Lominger Limited, Inc. Master Associate since 1992, Jane has assisted numerous organizations in the implementation of the Leadership Architect® Suite of competency based processes and products, since Lominger came to market. Her work ranges from integrating one tool/practice through re-engineering a range of HR processes into implementing an integrated, competency based system that is aligned with corporate strategies and where managers and employees perform with shared accountability. Jane has been admitted to the Motorola Faculty of Executive Resource Services and serves as an executive coach for the Executive Development Group.

Jane has conducted and published two major research projects: “State of the 360 Market” study for the Center for Creative Leaderhip, and, “Competencies of an Exemplary Facilitator” for the Association for Quality & Participation (AQP).

Jane has a BA in Psychology from Seton Hall College, and a M.ED and ABD in Curriculum and Supervision from the University of Pittsburgh. She is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), ASTD, HRPS, AQP, and SHRM. She served on the 1994 HRPS Conference Planning Committee and as past president for three years for Pittsburgh HRPS. She also served on the Board of Directors for the Pittsburgh Literacy Council for three years.

Prior to starting Catalyst, Jane held several internal leadership roles in HRD. Her last internal role was Director of Training and Organization Development in Strategic Planning for Consolidated Natural Gas Company, Inc.

Alliance Partner Katherine V. Dominick Principal, The Training and Communications Group, Inc.

Kate Dominick Ed.D. co-founded The Training and Communications Group in 1981 (with David A. Gallup) to provide comprehensive customized training and communications, including training program design, production and evaluation, technical writing, and corporate communications.

In her 25 years’ experience, Kate has developed a wide variety of professional development programs focusing on communication skills including writing and presentation skills; managerial skills including the new manager, devel-oping/conducting performance skills, coaching and counseling, and disciplinary counseling; trainer skills; and a variety of other skills including negotiation, time management, and business etiquette.

Kate has developed programs for the Provident Bank, IVB, Farmer’s First Bank of Lititz, Prudential Bank, CIGNA, General Accident Insurance Corporation, Prudential Insurance, Colonial Penn, Lincoln Financial Services, and other banking and financial institutions that include one of the largest investment firms in the country.

She has also served as a consultant to client firms in developing strategic plans; facilitating efforts to use training to advance corporate objectives; writing and editing technical literature; and developing manuals, brochures, “ how to “ texts, and scripts to support training initiatives.

Kate and David Gallup have published a textbook and more than 20 articles in academic and training journals.

Kate is an adjunct faculty member in the Graduate Instructional Systems Design program at Penn State’s Great Valley campus.

Kate received both her B.A. and M.A. in English from Temple University and her Ed.D. from Widener University.
